Ambassador of China to Greece, Zou Xiaoli, recently granted an interview to Kathimerini newspaper and journalist Elias Bellos. In his interview, he attempts to outline perspectives of Sino-Greek relations following the conclusion of the privatisation of the Piraeus Port Authority. In particular, he talks about new opportunities for cooperation in the fields of trade, infrastructure, the financial sector, science and civilisation. Ambassador Zou also focuses on the need of a better coordination between the two countries in Eastern Mediterranean and the Middle East. Moreover, he discusses the interest shows by Chinese State Grid της Κίνας, China State Construction Engineering Corporation and China Machinery Engineering Corporation in Greek privatisations.
