Merkel encourages Sino-German co-operation in the digital economy

On the occasion of the launch of CeBIT 2015 fair in Hannover, German Chanchellor Angela Merkel encouraged further co-operation with China in the digital economy but also asked for fair rules for investors. For his part, Chinese Prime Minister Li Keqiang sent a video-message expresssing the will of his country to co-operate with Germany in the digital revolution. During Cebit fair more than 3,400 companies from 70 countries regions are expected to showcase thousands of innovations from the digital world with China having a significant presence.
