China Daily reports on riots in the centre of Athens

Riots organised in the centre of Athens by anti-establishment groups attracted the attention of China Daily. The Chinese newspaper reported that ‘a small group of black-clad anti-establishment protesters clashed with riot police in central Athens, hurling petrol bombs and burning cars after a march against high-security prisons’. It also published pictures with destroyed cars.
