President Xi Jinping of the People’s Republic of China announced the appointment of the following new Ambassadors in line with decisions adopted by the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress.
I. Chang Hua was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the United Arab Emirates, replacing Huang Jiemin.
II. Wang Tongqing was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Democratic Republic of Congo, replacing Wang Yingwu.
III. Ma Fulin was appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Central African Republic, replacing Sun Haichao.
IV. Diao Mingsheng was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Benin, replacing Tao Weiguang.
V. Zhang Hanhui was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Kazakhstan, replacing Le Yucheng.
VI. Qu Xing was appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Kingdom of Belgium, replacing Liao Liqiang.
VII. Lv Fan was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Kingdom of Spain and the Principality of Andorra, replacing Zhu Bangzao.
VIII. Wu Yuanshan was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Plurinational State of Bolivia, replacing Li Dong
