According to the list of World’s Most Powerful People published by Forbes magazine President of China Xi Jinping, is named as the 3d most powerful person.A panel of the magazine’s editors prepared the list on the basis of factors including financial resources, scope and use of power, and the number of people they impact. President Xi followed Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Barack Obama. Chinese media such as Global Times has paid attention to the publication of Forbes list.
