In his article published in the Chinese Newspaper George Tzogopoulos explains what the current volatility in China’s stock market could signal for future economic developments in the country as well as for the world economy. In the view of Tzogopoulos the stock market fall does not necessarily mean that  China’s economy is seriously suffering taking into account that Beijing attempts to achieve a change of its growth model in a systematic way. Therefore, patience is required rather than risky observations because it the ‘New Normal’ concept has to be examined in due course.
