Nicos Anastasiades
President of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades will pay an official visit to China from 13 until 19 October 2015. According to the Government Spokesman Nikos Christodoulides, during his stay in Beijing Mr Anastasiades will meet President of China Xi Jinping and will participate in the Asian Political Parties Conference ‘New View of the Silk Road: Action for Common Development.Mr Anastasiades will also deliver a speech at Peking University. Furthermore, on 16 October 16 the President of Cyprus will address a Business Forum organised by the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry and will later depart for Shanghai where he will address a forum organised by the Cyprus Land and Building Developers Association. Mr Anastasiades is being accompanied by Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides, Transport Minister Marios Demetriades and Government Spokesman Nicos Christodoulides. He will return to Cyprus on 19 October.
