Leading Greek newspaper Kathimerini reports on the frustration caused to China’s authorities by the Greek government’s delay to proceed with the privatisation of the Piraeus Port Authority. In an article published in its Sunday edition on 1 November 2015 the newspaper illustrates China’s position that ‘no more time can be wasted’ as the country ‘cannot believe’ new delays are occuring again. Additionally, in his piece published in Kathimerini on 31 October 2015 journalist Elias Bellos explains that – from a Chinese perspective – ‘business activities cannot wait as competition is rising’.
